The Role

As a Senior Business Analyst in the Marketing Operations team of Avira, you will be the key to build and maintain many vital backend and customer facing systems driving company’s progress.

You will work closely with our colleagues from our B2C CRM and software development teams.

You will drive the development and maintenance of the Campaign Management Tools (CMT) to enable our CRM team to communicate with our users and customers on different channels. In this role, you will also be the key liaison with the vendors of our CMT systems.

At least 2 years of former experience as Business Analyst/Project Manager/Product Owner
Understanding and experience in SQL
Good skills in MS Office Tools
Experienced in using analytics tolls like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, etc.
Former experience with Campaign Management Tools like Selligent, Adobe Market Place etc. is a strong plus
Fluent (spoken and written) in English, German is a plus

Your Responsibilities:

Interface with various internal and external stake holders to gather and analyze requirements
Documentation of requirements and processes
Writing user stories and backlog management
Sprint planning
Organize project meetings and stakeholder updates
Take a leading role in creating project plans and ensure project milestones are met
Testing the project deliverable before going live
Optimizing exiting tools, systems and processes
Optimize the Avira’s customer communication funnels
Regular travel between Bucharest/Munich/Tettnang to meet stakeholders and tech teams
