    Requirements

    Qualification and competencies

    Knowledge of software development lifecycle tools (such as ALM QC)

    Basic knowledge Financial and Credit Risk

    Predisposition to work under pressure and solve complex problems

    Good analytical skills

    Good knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

    Advanced knowledge of ticket management, incident management tools and escalation paths

    Good written and verbal communications skills

    Good prioritisation skills to balance key priorities

    Team work and capability to work with cross teams

    Good English both spoken and written

    Fast learner/Action Oriented/Initiative/Simplicity

    Responsibilities

    Key tasks and responsibilities

    Manage and develop user relationships, analyse information requirements/needs and identify opportunities of improving existing solutions/services

    Monitor KPI over the level of service provided making sure that good performances/stability are reflected into the ISQ survey

    Communicate with different stakeholders to gather all the information needed by the Bank regarding the Risk framework

    Work with Developers to sort out issues in Productive environment affecting the daily figures

    Perform test and analysis on data produced for Risk Management, considering both productive and test environments

    Create documentation over the Business processes and keep track of all the ongoing tasks/requests opened by Business

    Provide support to permanently address issues and to spot areas of improvement w.r.to the stability of IT systems

    Manage risks and resolve issues that can affect the quality of data delivered in production

    Handle escalations from business users and prioritize the resolution of issues in production
