Bachelor’s degree in accountancy/finance or at least 1 year experience in financial-accounting field
Minimum knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Communication skills and teamplayer
Attention to detail and initiative
Good English, both written and conversational
Manages and ensures the correct and timely execution of the records in accounting, chronologically and systematically, according to the plans of accounts and the legal norms issued by the legal regulatory institutions, based on the documents justifying all the patrimonial operations:
Registering supplier invoices on cost centers / departments
Registering invoices issued to clients on cost centers / departments,
Evidence of employees' accounts and their recording in accounting
Chronological accounting of banking operations
Ensure compilation and archiving of the supporting documents and of the accounting registers according to the legislation in force.
Help with teamwork when appropriate;
Prepares and submits reports required by management;
It fulfills the tasks requested by the manager directly within the activities of the financial-accounting department;
Promotes financial procedures within the organization;
Respect KPIs tracked at department level and expertise:
Accurate work and financial situation, timely work, adherence to deadlines set by law and internal procedures;
Reports directly to the manager any aspect related to the activity he / she carries out
