PROGRAMMING COORDINATOR

We are seeking a highly skilled, creative programming coordinator to join our growing organization. In this position, he will work to ensure efficient work processes to successfully manage and execute the current programs. He must be strong problem solver who can lead necessary tasks in order to benefit our organization and its customers.

Programming Coordinator Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and coordinate the IT programs of the organization
• Work with programming director to strategize programming initiatives and ensure proper execution of tasks
• Create daily programming schedules; inform relevant persons on programming processes and administer assigned tasks
• Facilitate communication between all relevant parties inside and outside the organization (IT providers, co-sourcing, third parties, etc.)
• Research as necessary to provide effective programming
• Manage social media outlets for promotional and educational purposes
• Assist in creating and setting up all programming materials
• Update and maintain programming databases with necessary information
• Compile and deliver frequent progress reports of the projects and daily activities
• Perform reverse engineering for the old and obsolete applications, perform business and technical analyses, document them and assess / propose alternatives for replacements and/or improvements;

Programming Coordinator Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years relevant experience as a program coordinator
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and others RDBMS (ORACLE and DB2 is a plus);
• Advances Java and  .NET technology
• Familiar with AS400 and RPG technology is a plus
• Excellent communicator, both spoken and written
• Strong analytical and strategic thinker
