    Cerinte

    Requirements:
    • Student or University degree
    • If not attending a Computer Sciences University, 1 year in IT industry or in the IT department of a medium - large sized company
    • Experience in banking system is a plus
    • Driving license
    • Office Software
    • Operating Systems
    • Basic Programming
    • Basic Data Base knowledge

    • Good communication skills
    • Team spirit
    • Problem solving oriented
    • Good organization skills
    • Customer focus, able to perform under stress
    • English language (fluent in both writing and speaking); German language skills – an asset
    • Very good knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Access, MS Project)

    Responsabilitati

    • First level support by solving user problems on call or by intervention for the banking applications
    • First level support for banking applications in head offices and branches
    • Performs software changes at request from supervisor
    • Installs and configures banking applications
    • Reports unsolved problems to the direct supervisor
    • Respect the procedures and work instructions
    • Knowledge transfer for the other team members
    • Fulfills the tasks described in the document containing the tasks & processes related to IT support team, which are assigned by the team’s head, by a Helpdesk software application or are taken over voluntarily.
    • Periodically after hours support according with IT Support Services schedule
    • All responsibilities of the position holder are completed by internal working procedures & regulations. The job holder is responsible to know and to be updated with procedures in force
