    University Degree in Economy or other relevant subjects;
    1+ years of working experience in data analysis, ideally within a very large data set environment.
    Strong Excel and analytical skills;
    Highly organized, task focused and adept at juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment;
    Has a constructive approach toward problems;
    Eye for detail, capable of spotting flaws in processes and data inconsistencies;
    Self-starter who can think strategically and independently and also collaborate with others and work well in a team;
    Experience in retail industry or e-commerce sites would be an advantage.



    Prepare the analysis framework by extracting the relevant data from different internal data sources;
    Monitor performance and quality of result data, plan for improvements;
    Interpret and summarize campaign analysis findings, so they could be easily communicated throughout the organization;
    Prepare ad-hoc reports and draw conclusions related to buyers’ behavior, categories’ performance and different touchpoints’ assessment;
    Set up new reports based on stakeholders’ requests and develop the existing ones;
    Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets;
    Through the use of various analysis techniques, explore data to uncover in-depth insights as well as compute key business indicators to put campaign results into context;
    Discuss with the technical teams in order to improve some procedures and to find new solutions for effective processes.
