QA Engineer – Cloud Workload Security

- Understanding of testing concepts, methodologies and processes;
- Basic scripting / programming knowledge;
- Experience with the Linux operating system;
- Good analytical / problem solving skills;
- Good command of English;
- Experience in working with test case management tools / bug tracking tools;
- Experience with version control systems such as Git;
- Ability to multi-task successfully while meeting project deadlines;

Nice to have: networking concepts, storage platforms and virtualization knowledge;

- Reviewing and commenting on product specifications and designs;
- Creating test plans and test cases;
- Implementing automated test suites;
- Working with the development team to understand how new features should be tested;
- Promptly and accurately reporting issues found;
- Executing manual and automated test cases on Bitdefender security products;
- Setting up test environments;
- Learning and evaluating compatibility with 3rd party software;
- Analyzing various problems which can occur with our products in various market scenarios and identifying the root cause;
- Acting as customer advocate, providing risk analysis for the product and ensuring that all issues were addressed prior to product delivery;
