Acts like a liaison between the local departments and the client representatives in terms of all HR processes.
Together with the client, builds the growth strategy for the local departments (recruitment and selection, retention of employees, benefits systems, reward systems etc).
Builds HR reports for the local CEO and the clients’ representatives.
Keeping the documentation and necessary efficiency reports about each recruitment process up to date.
Makes sure all the departments are aligned to all the office procedures and regulations.
Together with the department manager, helps the team grow professionally and personally.
Acts inside the approved budgets of recruitment and selection and HR processes.
Being the first point of contact for employees on any administrative related queries
Manage and update the internal database to ensure employee records are accurate and up to date(fill-in of new hires personal info, notify the changes of employment contracts, internal transfers and other necessary updates, create new user accounts, etc.)
Support in organizing of the Internal Security and Health regulations sessions
Keeps the employee records and verifies the conformity with the HR policies and applicable labor law
Prepares and/or completes specific forms: registers, certificates requested by employees, requests etc.
Prepare and participate in disciplinary commissions
