    Minimum 3 years of experience in installation, configuration, administration of applications;
    Experience in administration, monitoring, installation, troubleshooting;
    Experience in providing technical support to internal users and bank clients; providing support, guidance and expertise in the promotion of various computer projects in production;
    Experience in using monitoring servers and applications (preferably BMC Patrol, Microsoft SCOM and Oracle Grid);
    General knowledge of working with Unix operating systems (IBM AIX, Sun Solaris), Microsoft Windows, Linux;
    General knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle database;
    General knowledge of IBM WebSphere and IBM MQ, Weblogic, Openshift, Docker middleware;
    General knowledge of programming (python is an advantage) or general knowledge of shell scripting (bash, PowerShell, batch);
    General knowledge of ITIL methodology focusing on processes of change management, incident and problem management;
    Previous experience in offering support (IT applications specific to the financial and banking field) represents an advantage.


    Manage and administrate banking applications;
    Monitor the software application;
    Document and analyze problems;
    Collaborate with technical team to ensure proper integration of the applications;
    Maintain system documentation;
    Plan, coordinate and communicate changes, upgrades/maintenance schedules;
