Minimum of 2/3 years of experience

Reporting to Business Unit Manager, you act as HR advisor for team members and managers and support teams in their missions.
Business partner to Managers
Meet regularly with managers to update on HR initiatives, discuss HR issues and collect feedback on team concerns
Assess business needs and priorities in terms of staffing, organization design, performance management, change management, employee relations, new leader coaching, talent management, career development
Recommend and implement HR solutions
Advise and coach managers.
HR advisor for teams
Support team-members throughout their missions: onboarding, career & mobility, development, exit.
Answer staff queries on HR matters.
Counsel employees on career development opportunities and choices.
Manage and resolve employee relations issues.
Champion and promote HR initiatives across the teams.
Employee Experience initiatives
Participate to ad hoc projects (employee opinion survey, salary grids revision, compliance project, etc.) and coordinates transversal processes & policies (appraisal campaign, work from home, etc).
