Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

- Fluent in Portuguese and English;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Great communication and interpersonal skills;
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn;
- Team player;
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook).
- Assess and process warranty claims that are submitted electronically;
- Resolve dealer issues and answer questions submitted through an electronic communication system;
- Receive and assess claim according to defined procedures/routines;
- Perform claim assessment and follow defined procedures to resolve issues correctly;
- Document verification and customer information in data capture tool and when needed, transfer claim/ticket to responsible party for resolution.
