    1. Cel putin 2 ani experienta professionala in IT support;
    2. S-a ocupat de rezolvarea incidentelor, sprijinind functiuni ale companiei care cuprind:
    ✓ Network drives – SSP
    ✓ Printing, Intranet/Sharepoint/Teamroom, Outlook/Exchange/OWA
    ✓ Lync Telephony
    ✓ User Access Management
    ✓ Win8
    ✓ Virtual Private Network, BlackBerry, Pushmail/Airwatch, Citrix, Business Apps, Remedy, MyIT, SAP;
    3. A folosit instrumente de IT Service Management (BMC, Remedy sau alte instrumente similare);
    4. Familiarizat cu practicile si procesele ITIL.

    Responsabilitati

    1. Rezolvă problemele și coordonează solutiile pentru probleme cu alte grupuri;
    2. Colecteaza toate datele necesare pentru raportarea interna;
    3. Asigura indeplinirea nivelului de calitate agreat (SLA) contractual;
    4. Imbunatateste rata/procentul de rezolutie a primului apel prin impartasirea cunostintelor cu agentii de Nivel 1;
    5. Ofera continuu idei de imbunatatire;
    6. Preluarea apelurilor in cazuri de volumetrie ridicata pentru atingerea obiectivelor conform cu nivelul de activitate si cerintele contractuale;
    7. Program - disponibilitate de a lucra în ture extinse, programul poate fi schimbat pe baza cerințelor de Business.
