Currently, Michelin Romania has over 4000 employees, three factories, two in Zalău and one in Floreşti, a commercial network and a Center of Excellence and Shared Services( Bucharest), which provides support services to various entities Michelin in Europe. Also, the commercial activities of the Group for Central and Eastern Europe are coordinated from Bucharest (12 countries).

    Requirements

    Engineer Bachelor Degree in Polytechnics or UPG (preferable in Mechanical field);
    Previous experience in a similar position is a plus, but not required;
    Good knowledge of quality methodology and tools;
    Basic PC knowledge (MS Office, Power Point, Excel);
    English or French – B1 or B2 level;
    Good reactivity in decision making;
    Methodical approach, organized and structured working style;
    Perseverance and good analytical skills.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    Ensures technical expertise in the quality assurance area;
    Makes sure that quality assurance procedures and policies are met in the allocated perimeter;
    Evaluates the existing procedures and makes proposals for optimization;
    Performs nonconformity analysis in order to track root causes for the production errors;
    Makes proposals for prevention and also correction of errors;
    Participates to technical meetings;
    Train the production and quality agents.
