    • University studies (technical studies would be an advantage);
    • Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, customer service or other activities that involves customer interactions would be a plus;
    • Good level of French and English.


    PDF/Hubwoo Project:

    • Monitor the process of enrolling all European suppliers into Hubwoo portal;
    • Build the enrollment file (list of suppliers) to be part of the wave with the instruction given by the project leader;
    • Use the Hubwoo connection tool for the enrollment;
    • Monitor the status of suppliers (via the excel file and the connection tool) and define actions with the help of country and purchasing domain responsible;
    • Respond to requests for enrollment, advise user on appropriate action and redirect
    problems to correct resource;
    • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.

    Articles Key User:

    • Create non-stock articles, generic articles and raw materials for European plants;
    • Create article codes as requested by buyers or internal clients in order to be able to integrate those articles in a blanket purchase agreement;
    • Update, maintain and manage the articles database;
    • Analyze and provide recommendations to optimize the use of articles.
