• Advanced level of English and Russian
• Good communication skills both orally and written;
• Gracious attitude in client service and efficiency in offering support;
• Good relationships with colleagues of all levels, in any situation;
• Ability to adapt to change
• Handle the continuous communication with Client’s customers
• Create tickets for every phone call or other request and track any progress in a consistent way
• Translate Client’s documentation upon request,
• Provide regular reports about work delivered and SLA achievements
