    • Degree in engineering, information technology, software development or equivalent experience
    • Experience in Customer relationship, Project Management, Technical Sales/Support
    • Customer & service-oriented, creativity, empathy
    • Structured and autonomous way of working with outstanding organizational skills
    • Excellent written & oral communication skills in both English and German


    • Perform regular service review with the customer
    • Coordinate PTC internal resources to resolve customer problems
    • Prevent and manage escalations
    • Be the customer’s voice by providing critical feedback to help improve their overall experience

    Your Impact:

    You will engage and work in partnership with our account teams (Success Manager, Consulting, Sales) and wider PTC ecosystem to ensure customer realizes value from PTC solutions

    • You will play a key role supporting major European customers as their primary point of contact
    • You will define the support strategy to optimally support the customer's use of our technology through Support services and other various services and functions
