    Requirements

    We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team!

    As a receptionist you will act as our ambassador, helping us to create the first impression to our guests, clients and new colleagues.

    Requirements:
    • Good communication skills
    • Intermediate or advance English skills (spoken and written)
    • Problem-solving abilities
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Good PC operation skills (spreadsheets, word-processing software, email, and file-sharing systems, and possibly several social media platforms)
    • Fast adaptability

    Responsibilities

    • Cordially and professionally answer incoming calls; greet visitors and direct clients to appropriate individuals.
    • Helping our colleagues, clients, and guests with directions and any appropriate information that they need
    • Performing different front desk duties including collecting, sorting, distributing and preparing correspondence and other documents; Book and arrange couriers.
    • Assistance for organizing meetings, interviews, client visits, board meetings, trainings/ workshops and other events
    • Together with the Facility Manager, ensuring the organization and optimization of the office space
    • Coordinating procurement activities regarding staff welfare (coffee, water, tea, fruits, office supplies, etc.)
    • Offering Support for other departments ( IT, HR, Finance, Sales etc)
