    Requirements

    • Professional Experience: Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years’ experience in B2B marketing in high tech
    • Experience in distributor marketing and channel focused distribution model
    • Knowledge of CRM, marketing automation and demand generation software preferred (Salesforce / Eloqua)
    • Fluent in English and Russian and/or potentially one more European language
    • Individual who thrives and is adaptable in a collaborative, cross-functional, continual change environment
    • Team player in a fast-paced organization
    • Energetic and proactive attitude, willingness to perform and get things done

    Responsibilities

    • Communicate PTC updates to partners on a regular basis
    • Develop, drive and implement annual distributor marketing planning and enablement, driving effective use of MDF
    • For PTC’s Emerging Geographies (Russia, Eastern Europe, Middle East Africa and/or India, depending on language skills), focus on distributor enablement and take responsibility for Partner marketing tasks:
    • Develop, drive and implement annual partner marketing planning, driving effective use of MDF
    • Assist partner marketers to execute marketing plans
    • Analyze and report progress against marketing campaign goals and report on ROI

    Your team:

    • Build strong relationships with PTC partners and distributors, field marketing, partner sales leaders, corporate marketing, partner marketing, commercial marketing, PTC sales leaders and partner managers.
    • Collaborate with Partner Managers, Distributor, Partners, Theater Sales Leads on Partner Marketing plan, review meetings, QBRs
    • Communicate PTC updates to partners on a regular basis
    • Onboard and enable distributors and marketers on PTC tools, campaigns, branding, and messaging
    • Develop, drive and implement annual distributor and partner marketing planning, driving effective use of MDF, aligned with the business plan
    • Assist distributors to recruit and enable their resellers and develop and execute marketing plans
    • Analyze and report progress against marketing campaign goals and report on ROIBuild strong relationships with PTC EMEA distributors and partners, partner sales leaders, corporate marketing, partner marketing, commercial marketing, field marketing and partner managers
    • Collaborate with Partner Managers, Distributors and Partners, Theater Sales Leads on Partner Marketing review meetings and QBRs
    • Work cross functionally with other team members to deliver on company goals
