Sales Engineer, Location: Brasov

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

Requirements:

As a potential Sales Engineer you:
- Have a sales experience
- Have a driving license
- Have a good understanding of the English language
- Are willing to travel
- Have a hunter mentality, persuasion and negotiation skills

Main responsibilities

2 days - Office days (Bucharest)
- Prepare your visits + Follow-up customers
- Book your agenda for the next week
- Coaching + Team building
- Exposure to new products through training



3 days – Sales Customer Visits
- Average of 4-6 visits per day
- A mix of existing and new customers
- Full demonstration and try-out with the company products
- Find solutions, provide support to customers
