    • Good communication;

    Job Description

    • Apply and adapt GS standards in the area of OneIT@i-Buy;
    • Support Financial accounting topics related to interfaces: with regards to BonaPARTe tool (Simplify and Classic);
    • Maintain and promote Bosch Connect for Financial topics (in BonaPARTe area);
    • Manage multiple entry channels for questions;
    • Troubleshoot errors, answer questions addressed by Financial users and solve according to support level (1st line-3rd line). Adhere to the internal hotline support KPIs;
    • Escalate and follow up critical problems related to BonaPARTe to GS/ACE colleagues.
