- Good communication;
- Customer relationship experience, troubleshooting/error handling experience;
- Independent, responsible working style;
- Proactive and responsible;
- Analytical thinking;
- Accounting background with SAP knowledge;
- General understanding of SAP –CO/ PS/ FI (AP, GL) elements is a plus.

- Apply and adapt GS standards in the area of OneIT@i-Buy;
- Support Financial accounting topics related to interfaces: with regards to BonaPARTe tool (Simplify and Classic);
- Maintain and promote Bosch Connect for Financial topics (in BonaPARTe area);
- Manage multiple entry channels for questions;
- Troubleshoot errors, answer questions addressed by Financial users and solve according to support level (1st line-3rd line). Adhere to the internal hotline support KPIs;
- Escalate and follow up critical problems related to BonaPARTe to GS/ACE colleagues.
