•Student of Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science.
•Experience with Cloud computing
•Knowledge of BASH/PERL/PYTHON developer or analyst
•Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
•Fluent in English

The HEC Nagios Team has the following responsibilities:

• Assure HEC Nagios service quality

• HEC Nagios Tool Enrichment

• Requirements Engineering (Roll-in / Roll-out)

• HEC Nagios Performance testing & Validation (Blueprint)

• Operations Level Agreements with partners and vendors.

The Knowledge Management team takes care of the framework and rules of Knowledge Management for HEC Delivery. For the creation of internal e-learnings we need support.

As a working student you will work closely together with the Training Manager and support the Training Manger actively for setting up internal e-learnings for HEC Delivery.
