o Ability to manage multiple parallel engagements and dealing with ambiguity
o Very good English skills (both verbal and written)
o Manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects ensuring the realization of value, quality, and on-time delivery of defined scope.
o Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and resources’ needs using appropriate project management techniques.
o Provide weekly project status reports and escalate to Management as needed.
o The Customer Success Portfolio Management team defines and manages the portfolio of consulting and training offerings with a focus on ensuring PTC clients realize value from their investment in PTC Solutions.
o Your team will consist of Portfolio Leads and technical Consultants at varying levels, working on new offers, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
o This individual contributor role reports to the Business Management Office Manager and is responsible for driving achievement of defined Portfolio projects.
o In this role you will work with different members of the Field organization and apply project management methodologies to drive the creation of new services (Success Paths, Success Services, Rapid Outcomes, etc.)
o Replacement for maternity leave.
