    Required skills:


     Fluent in Spanish & English
     Detail oriented
     Communication and negotiation skills
     Available to work afternoon and night shifts
     Work experience in customer support will be considered an advantage but it's not mandatory as we provide necessary training

    Responsabilitati

    - Respond to customer inquiries related to products and processes via email & chat.
    - Resolves customer questions, complaints and requests.
    - Attention to detail.
    - Emphasis on quality and strive towards zero defects within target productivity goals.
