    Requirements

    *University Degree;
    *Experience in planning or logistics / distribution fields of minimum 2 years;
    *Good communication skills;
    *Very good planning and forward thinking/ anticipating abilities;
    *Ability to analyze costs versus budget figures;
    *Good understanding of Supply Chain processes;
    *Very good English language knowledge;
    *MS Office (Excel – mandatory); knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage.

    Responsibilities

    The Customer Service Associate is responsible with administration and monitoring of export orders.

    He/she will:
    -be the interface between external customers and internal departments (within the factory) for ensuring all legal and operational conditions for export orders execution
    -monitor documents’ flows and organize the transports (related to export) activities.
