• Good communication capability;
• Very well organized and flexible;
• Experienced user of Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel
• Excellent English skills (Advanced Level).
• Handling e-mails, phone calls and faxes;
• Drafting letters for the management and processing company documents;
• Keeping close contact with the company costumers, managing the correspondence with the costumers and business partners
• Translation of letters and documentary material;
• Organizing the agenda of the Department Manager.
