    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • Excellent written and oral presentation skills;
    • Previous experience with fundraising for Nonprofits;
    • Research skills;
    • Proficiency in Excel;
    • Advanced English skills;
    • Preference for working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment;
    • Detail-oriented person;
    • Self-motivated and organized person.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Organizing fundraising campaigns and events;
    • Conducting research, shaping, and applying to different sponsorship programs, national and international;
    • Compiling or developing materials to submit to granting or other funding organizations;
    • Developing and maintaining media contact lists;
    • Recruiting sponsors, participants or volunteers for fundraising events;
    • Establishing fundraising or participation goals for special events;
    • Managing all fundraising campaigns and keeping a close collaboration with the Marketing department to implement all relevant initiatives (ex. 2% Campaign);
    • Developing fundraising activity plans that maximize participation or contributions and minimize costs;
    • Making sure that all legal reporting requirements are met;
    • Attending networking events and meetings with potential funding organisations;
    • Preparing reports and presenting metrics on fundraising progress.
