Managed Services – Autobank Specialist

Hunt Group – a mix of recruitment (executive search and head hunting) and outsourcing activities in industries such as IT, oil&gas, banking, finance and automotive.

- Support the onboarding process of clients by configuration and initializing set up
- Troubleshooting of functional issues encountered during the processing of Remittance Advices/ Supplier Invoices in SAP/ FS2 Autobank or FS2 AP
- Proactive monitoring of customer processes.
- Creation and maintenance of master data in FS2 Autobank/ FS2 AP
- Collaborate across teams to optimize customer success
- Identify opportunities to improve services
- Communicate clearly and efficiently. Coordinate across product teams throughout our client, including engineering, product, cloud operations and other teams

- 3 years’ experience working with SAP (user/ key-user role)
- At least 1 year experience working with FS2 AP or FS2 Autobank (user/ key-user role)
- Good understanding of end-to-end processes on Receivables and Payables side
- Technical education
- You thrive on solving issues customer problems
- You enjoy working with new technology: SAP, Autobank, FS2 AP, cloud, web services
- Knowledge of MS Windows/ MS SQL Server is a plus
- Ability to prioritize
- Follow up and follow through mentality
- Strong customer focus
- Analytical skills
- Good command of English, both verbal and in writing. German would be nice to have
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Technical bachelor’s degree (technical disciplines preferred)
