Required:
Past relevant experience in internal IT administration;
University degree; Computer science or Electronics and telecommunications.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and their services.
Experience in administrating Microsoft Exchange Server.
Hands on experience in configuring and troubleshooting Linux platforms (Debian, CentOS, Oracle Linux).
Experience with virtualization (VMware).
Understanding of network protocols, routing, proxying systems and traffic redirection (VPN, DNS).
Knowledge of monitoring systems.
Good English communication oral and written.

Define, configure and maintain changes in Active Directory and Group Policies;
Diagnose and manage hardware and virtual servers’ setup and network configuration;
Monitor servers and network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, and latency);
Backup and restore the company’s data;
Manage security platform – antivirus, anti-SPAM server, firewalls;
Document the system configurations;
Ability to cross-train and provide knowledge exchange to educate team members.

Qualification, experience and skills:
Required:
Past relevant experience in internal IT administration;
University degree; Computer science or Electronics and telecommunications.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and their services.
Experience in administrating Microsoft Exchange Server.
Hands on experience in configuring and troubleshooting Linux platforms (Debian, CentOS, Oracle Linux).
Experience with virtualization (VMware).

Knowledge of monitoring systems.

Considered to be a plus:
Basic experience in MS SQL and Oracle DB platform administration
Basic experience in managing reporting servers such as IBM Cognos and MS Reporting Services
Experience with IVR platform and VoIP platform
Any Microsoft, Cisco, Networking certification would be a plus
