    We are looking for a Learning & Development passionate to join our team and support our efforts to deliver exceptional customer service. TELUS International enables customer service delivery innovation through spirited teamwork, agile thinking, and a caring culture that puts customers first.


    Profile of the ideal candidate:

    Bachelors’ degree and 1+ year’ experience working in HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Training, or Program Facilitation
    Experience in management 1+ year
    Technical Skills required:
    Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
    Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Learning Management Systems (LMS) will be an asset
    Usage of virtual communication software and training tools

    Skills and Attributes:

    Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
    Ability to multi-task and to prioritize and manage own time
    High levels of initiative taking, able to problem solve and work with minimal oversight
    Ability to work as part of a highly collaborative global team
    Ability to cope with a fast-paced and high-performance environment and requests outside of the job description
    Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build working relationships at all levels

    Responsabilitati

    On this role, you would be expected to:

    Take ownership for assigned program delivery
    Organize and facilitate allocated programs
    Be accountable for delivering programs
    Provide suggestions to core content team based on training experiences and feedback from participants
    Complete feedback summary analysis
    Act as in-room host for programs answering logistical questions and content related questions
    Facilitate specific sessions, and intros and wrap-ups for toolkit trainings
    Oversee all aspects of event planning, including but not limited to: booking meeting rooms, setting up meeting rooms, arranging catering, preparing and printing training materials, etc.
    Establish and maintain a solid understanding of the L&D curriculum and how the programs are designed to meet the development needs of the organization
    Act as global course owner for select programs including:
    Manage the on-line library for the course – ensuring courses are up to date and organized in e-learning platforms
    Provide an overview of the course and requirements for running a toolkit successfully and share with other members of the team
    Compile feedback regarding all sessions of an individual course and create summary identifying areas of strength and opportunities for improvement
