Service Settlement Specialist

For our customer, a leading global information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provider, we are looking for Service Settlement Specialist.

Main Responsibilities:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree;
Patient and Rigorous thinking are strongly needed;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving skills, decision making and self-learning ability;
Familiar with the after sale business of telecommunication product;
Must be fluent in English;
Good knowledge of Excel

Responsabilities:

Responsible for the administration process of Service partner, Distributors, Operators, including audition and payment process control for repair;
Support to Suppliers regarding some Repair billing system and process clarifications;
Internal employee repair fee interface.
