Data Analyst in Constructions

Good command of English language.
Student or graduate from a Technical Constructions University (preferably from installations in constructions).

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to join the team to work on some of the mostexciting sustainable design projects in the UK and internationally.

Working under the guidance and supervision of more experienced staff, you will:

•develop your existing knowledge and skills in architecture, engineering and analysis to design and implement advanced parametric simulation tools;

•optimise building performance;

•assist with the development of energy, passive design, and sustainability strategies for a broad range of buildings.



A typical day could consist of:

•anything from parametrically optimising a school’s façade or using data science to analysing sensor data from an office building,

•conducting research to develop a new technique to analyse occupant should be comfortable manipulating, analysing, and interpreting data.

You will have, or want to develop, an in-depth understanding of building physics, particularly in relation to heat transfer and fluid dynamics, energy, daylight and building systems, using your experience in grasshopper or Dynamo to develop those skills further.

Any experience in a modern programming language (C++, Python, C#, VB) would be a bonus.
