    Requirements

    We are looking for a flexible, friendly, independent and eager to learn person who possesses:
    • Fluency in spoken and written English language
    • Strong oral and written communications skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
    • Driving licence
    • Availability for extra-hours paid

    Responsibilities

    • Register new employees
    • Managing administrative aspects for employee’s integration
    • Deal with complaints or issues of employees
    • Updating employee management system with new data
    • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
