•Technical bachelor degree (preferred automation);
•Minimum 3 years on automation/ maintenance related activities in a production environment, professional level;
•Demonstrated experience in electrical (sensors and pressure transducers, temperature, level, command and control elements, asynchronous electric motors, optocouplers etc.);
•Demonstrated experience in automatic (Siemens automation program, Omron, security relays etc)
•Advanced skills in Step 7 (Ladder, STL, FBD); WinCC (Siemens HMI Panel);
•Good ability to analyze the technical documentation of the equipment (electrical schemes, hydraulic schemes, and pneumatic schemes)
•Fluency in English;
•Good communication skills;
•A self-motivated person, stress-resistant.
•Supports the maintenance coordinator in attending the objectives and annual targets of the maintenance department (MTBF, MTTR, DOWNTIME etc.);
•Develops and implements action plans for the out-of-target indicators;
•Implements the preventive and predictive maintenance plan, prepared by the maintenance coordinator;
•Provides support for interventions in case of scheduled shutdowns as well as accidental production stoppages (electrical, automatic, pneumatic and hydraulic);
•Analyzes, based on Problem Solving approach, the root causes and proposes remedial and preventive measures for accidental stoppages;
•Participates, as part of the launch team at the plant level, in the implementation of new company’s Launches and CI projects;
•Proposes measures for energy management implementation according to the ISO 50001 Standard, also by improving the efficiency of the production equipment;
•Supports the internal and external audits according to the implemented standards (ISO TS, ISO 50001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, etc.) within the responsibility area;
•Manages the supply plan activity for the maintenance of spare parts (equipment and installations).
