    Attached to the HR Support Services Manager, the HR Advisor will be in a team in charge of support service accessible to any employee on HR questions. In addition, he/she handles directly some countries support service and work on positioning this new team.

    Ideal Candidate:

    Graduated from a Bachelor degree with specialization in HR.
    Previous experience in General HR is required.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills required .
    Previous experience in delivering a high level of customer service is considered a plus
    Having good organising skills and be able to develop plans and pollicies
    Has a proactive mind-set and ability to multi-task
    Influencing and negotiating skills to implement new policies
    Proficiency in Microsoft package (Power point, Microsoft Office, and Excel)
    High sense of Responsibility and Commitment
    High team spirit
    You speak English and German fluently.


    Responding and providing resolution to inquiries and requests on HR topics both via phone and via e-mails within 48 hours.
    Working closely with the HRO’s and Managers of the country assigned.
    Identifying recurrent trends of questions/issues and think of solution with the HR Officer.
    Providing trainings on HR applications and taking care of welcome meetings for the new employees of the department.
    Retrieving and presenting of HR data statistics to support the development and review of policies and procedures.
    Creating and updating a knowledge management Handbook.
