Qualification and competencies:
Degree in technical studies (computers, banking, finances, economics or equivalent.)
More than 3 years of experience in Business Analysis
High ability to work analyzing and manipulating data with high level of expertise is required.
Good Knowledge of SQL
Knowledge of Banking and Payments business processes
Customer orientated and pro-activeness
Structured analytical thinking, focused on problem solving
Good communication & presentation skills
Team player attitude, knowledge sharing, innovative approach and excellent networking skills
Open minded approach
Fluent English is a must, Italian is a plus
We’re looking for a Business Analyst with proven experience in Payments topics.
The Payments Core Engines team is part of the area Payments in UniCredit Services and manages many applications Payments related that are released in the three main UniCredit countries (Italy, Germany and Austria).
Most of the applications in scope are custom applications developed internally.
The team is based in Milan, Verona and Rome in Italy, Bucharest and Iasi in Romania.
The open position is in Bucharest.
Our main customer in Unicredit Group is the Global Transaction Banking (GTB) division.
We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst with a consolidate experience in Payments with good teamworking attitude.
In this role you will steer the alignment with our main customer UniCredit GTB about the requirements for application changes (demand management) or new applications. You have to write Functional Analysis as input for technical analysts and developers, you are the key responsible for linking business requirements and technical implementation. While driving the implementation of changes in the framework of IT projects, you draw attention to the quality assurance of the delivered Software packages.
You will have to interact directly with Business referents and cooperate with other colleagues.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
Analysis and interpretation of business/functional requirements, carrying out response activities in terms of business analysis, requirements clarifications, scope framing and testing guidelines
Provides functional support in full implementation of standard application solutions to the given standards
Designs new or existing products by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities and writing functional specifications
Recommends controls by identifying problems and suggesting improved procedures
Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation including API interface description documents and providing specific support and training for end users
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Support in functional tests during all test phases as well as following the post go live activities of our assets and incident management
Shares own expertise with others; supports junior colleagues
Works both on evolution and maintenance environments
