Butterfly Effect Internship gives you the chance to showcase your talent, imagination and curiosity on a global stage and help shape your future.

We challenge you to develop and earn support for your idea of a new project/product that you could implement in PepsiCo.

Apply until 21st of April;

Pick your audience and describe us in an essay below 1000 words the idea and how will you convince them to support you. Team up with your colleagues across different functions, use your skills, experience and knowledge, and start challenging the world around you (you can include information about how will you implement the idea, what resources will you need, what ideas might come up from this discussion with your audience, how it might end).

Don’t forget to be as creative as you wish! Who knows, Our Next Trainee could be you!
