The main task of the Recruitment Lead is responsibility for developing and leading a team of +10 effective technology consultants; improve our work, identify new ways of sourcing, approaching candidates and delighting clients.
We’re thinking you’re someone with...
+3 years of recruitment experience, ideally with demonstrated results in technology recruitment.
Experience in managing teams or you are at a level where you want to start on a management track.
You are ambitious, enjoy building relations and would love to get into strategy.
You find your drive in working in a fast paced environment and have great problem solving skills.
You find your energy and commitment by setting and meeting demanding goals.
You love your clients, your team and candidates and work to get them to results.
During our discussion we will be interested in
Your previous results in recruitment (number of placements, deadlines, KPIs).
Your approach to sourcing and finding alternative ways to the classical channels.
Your previous experience in managing teams or motivation for going on a management track.
Your understanding of the industry and trends in IT&C recruitment.
Some examples of situations where you used your problem solving skills and perseverance.
Your hobbies and stuff you like to do when you’re not in the office.
