    Requirements

    • bachelor’s degree preferably in law or economics
    • solid computer literacy skills, particularly Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook
    • excellent understanding of discretion and confidentiality
    • elegant communications skills: both verbal and written in English & Romanian
    • very good organizational skills
    • strong analytical skills
    • pro-active and solution-oriented behavior
    • independent, entrepreneurial and service-oriented working attitude
    • ability to stay calm under pressure
    • willingness to travel
    • 2-3 years in a similar position

    Responsibilities

    Maintain the associate’s agenda, schedule and organize meetings
    Prepare and document management meetings
    Manage the mailbox, send reminders and standard communications
    Create reports and presentations in English and Romanian
    Communicate with the company’s business partners
    Schedule and prepare the appointments and business trips
    General administrative tasks
