    Required skills/knowledge

    · Bachelor’s Degree

    · Good in English, both written and verbal

    · Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

    · Strong relationship and building skills

    · Strong attention to detail and organization

    · Excellent interpersonal skills, written and presentation skills

    · Ability to manage multiple priorities and personalities in a complex matrix environment

    · Ability to function autonomously and deliver results with no daily supervision

    · Excellent decision and problem solving ability

    Preferred skills/knowledge

    · Project management experience leading cross-functional teams

    · Excellent communication skills

    · Expert in contracting

    Responsabilitati

    Job Responsibilities:

    · conducting, with the involvement of Holding competent function, the process for the selection of the Outsourcer in accordance with the principles established by the applicable law,

    · overseeing and monitoring the Outsourcing process by running controls,

    · coordinating the implementation of the Outsourcing initiatives,

    · acting as a SME for Outsourcing process, making use of the specific competencies of the various business functions,

    · carrying out, with the support of the Operational Retained Organization, the assessment of risks (with Risk Management), including those associated with potential conflicts of interest of the identified provider, by using for these the Compliance function,

    · coordinating internal information flow mechanisms meant to ensure to Governing Bodies, to the control functions and to other Company’s functions impacted by the Outsourcing, the full knowledge and governance of the risk factors related to the outsourced functions,

    · coordinating the information flows and, more generally, managing the reporting activities (aimed, among other things, at clustering “Relevant” and “Non Relevant” Outsourcing initiatives) towards Holding competent function as well as towards UBIS relevant Committees / Bodies,

    · playing the role of guidance and control of the Operational Retained Organization (except when the structure is itself Operational Retained Organization),

    · attributing “Relevant” and “No Relevant” label to the Outsourcing initiative, supported – in case – by the structures with needed competences on the matter,

    · acting as UBIS reference towards the Holding competent function
