    Requirements Qualifications

    Degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology Networking, or IT
    Strong communication and active listening skills
    Fluent spoken and written English language skills
    All applicants applying for EU based job openings must be authorized to work in the EU
    Work location is Bucharest
    Willingness to travel (required) up to 20%

    Technical Skills

    Ability to present information in user-friendly language, keen attention to detail, exceptional customer service orientation
    Experience installing software, patches, updates on a server level is a plus
    Working experience with either of the following languages: C#, .Net, Java, JSP, XML, SQL
    Experience troubleshooting basic network issues
    Working knowledge of Windows Server, Linux and Mac
    Understanding of Active Directory/Microsoft Exchange as well as Microsoft Office Suite
    Experience working and troubleshooting IIS and Apache
    Knowledge of AWS or Azure a plus

    Versatility, flexibility and proactivity when resolving technical issues and dealing with ambiguity
    Personal commitment to quality and on-schedule delivery; proven ability to establish and meet milestones and deadlines
    Customer-focused to understand and appropriately respond to customers business needs
    Coordinate with our clients internal Triage Team as well as Kalypsos technical resources to evaluate incoming alerts, identify suspicious events and determine an action plan

    Responsibilities

    As a Support Technician, you will help our clients solve challenging issues involving their active PLM systems. You will be dedicated to maintaining and optimizing the health of the application on production environments. Some of the tasks are: application troubleshooting, enhancements, bug fixes, upgrade and patches installations, user provisioning and report analysis.
