Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

As a potential Inside Sales you:

- Have minimum 1 year sales experience
- Have Bachelor’s degree
- Have exceptional written, oral communication and presentation skills
- Are comfortable with cold calling
- Have a hunter mentality
- Have the ability to take initiative and to continuously improve yourself
- Have experience with Microsoft Office and CRM

- Driving lead opportunities and developing new business via inbound and outbound phone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce company's products/services
- Making 20 - 30 outbound calls per day and 3 presentations per day
- Achieving daily, weekly and monthly activity and sales lead quotas
- Learning and effectively applying the company’s structure and consultative prospecting approach
- Maintaining all sales activity within the CRM system
- Maintaining high activity levels and high call volumes
