    PURPOSE OF THE JOB
    Manage the relationship with existing retail customers aiming to retain the customers, grow the business and achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Client Management (Retailer)
    Execute Client management in cooperation with the business development in such a way that the customer expectations are met and identify opportunities within company services and solutions.

    Core activities:
    • Visit regularly the assigned clients (retailers).
    • Address any conflicts in case of complaints and/or customer dissatisfaction.
    • Set up a sales plan and client evaluations and study current and future needs.
    • Formulate recommendations to meet client needs.
    • Carry on negotiations and set up and maintain contracts.

    2. Contract management
    Manage and control the execution of the contracts to ensure they are properly executed.

    Core activities:
    • Define sales and administrative procedures for the projects.
    • Execute contract management and corrective actions.
    • Check the application of the conditions of the contract.
    • Deliver good and complete reports.

    3. Coordinate activities
    Coordinate activities to maximize the customer satisfaction and standardization of work processes and minimize the misuse of products and services.

    Core activities:
    • Review work processes and make proposals for standardization.
    • Research the needs of the customer and take action if needed to meet the customer demands.
    • Monitor the use and if needed take action to prevent misuse of products and services.

    Responsabilitati

    Knowledge/skills:
    • Bachelor’s degree in commerce -mandatory.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years in Account Management.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Romanian.

    Other requirements
    Willingness to travel about 70% of the time.
