- Coordinate Process Engineers Team
- Bridge person between R&D , Technical department and Production
- Ensure the introduction of a new product/process in production and train the operators when a new product is launched into production
- Be in charge of continuous optimization/improvement of the assembly process (time, quality, costs)
- Provide guidance to production employees and show alternate methods of solving or preventing process or technical problems
- Propose needed equipment for a new product or for the process improvement
- Responsible person with Cost of Production Calculation
- Line balancing and Capacity studies
- Define and realize working instructions for the assembly process
- Process validation
