    What you will do:
    ● Source, screen, evaluate and select potential candidates
    ● Attract new candidates to fulfill the client&company requirements
    ● Post recruitment ads on job boards and monitor the application process
    ● Proactively source and pre-screen applicants, acting as applicant’s primary point of contact;
    ● Source through web, referrals, organizations, to generate qualified candidates and to build relationships and network;
    ● Provide guidance and feedback to applicants
    ● Organize and participate in various employer branding events such as: job fairs, workshops, conferences, student associations events etc
