- higher education degree;
- min. 2-year previous work experience with similar responsibilities;
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in Romanian and English languages;
- advanced skills in operating Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom;
- HTML and CSS skills;
- creative and highly-organized personality, rigorous and detail-oriented;
- able to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting all deadlines;
- works effectively without supervision and with strong team spirit;
- able to quickly learn and understand technical notions.

- assists in developing and implementing the company’s marketing strategies;
- assists in establishing and implementing the marketing plan and budget;
- manages the company's website and online content activities;
- actively promotes the company through social media activities;
- ensures successful implementation of the proposed marketing campaigns and assists the sales team in achieving the objectives;
- identifies opportunities, proposes and organizes the company’s participation in fairs, exhibitions and profile events;
- constantly monitors the market and competition and proposes improvement measures to increase the company’s visibility.
