    Requirements

    • Post graduate (Master’s degree or equivalent experience), at least 1-5 years work experience in a similar position;
    • OSI Model, LAN technologies, basic IP network;
    • Hardware platforms architectures;
    • Windows Desktop & Server (OS);
    • Microsoft Desktop applications;
    • Virtualization technologies;
    • Microsoft SQL server administration skills;
    • At least one of the following should be an advantage: Linux, Charisma ERP
    • Rigorousness, Creativity;
    • Problem solving, delivers timely and accurate results;
    • Able to learn;
    • Able to teach others, effectively shares information;
    • Foreign languages (English – mandatory, French is an advantage).

    Responsibilities

    Responsabilities:
    • Provides technical assistance activities to the company’s users;
    • Analyzes each user problem and suggests alternative solutions in order to meet the users expectations, in consultation with the relevant Local or Corporate IT staff ;
    • Performs the maintenance and updates of applications: test and assess the hardware and software to determine the efficiency, the reliability and the compatibility with the existing systems and network;
    • Implements, modifies and monitors the company’s IT infrastructure according to the guidelines and instructions;
    • Analyzes the logs and statistics concerning the IT platforms;
    • Controls the resources and provides alerts hierarchically of any issue;
    • Performs software installations;
    • Delivers and updates work documentation, SOP’s;
    • Keeps the company informed about any problem related to the use and the maintenance of the IT systems and tools;
    • Implements and reports on the Security Policy.
