* Studii superioare finalizate sau in curs de finalizare;
* Cunoasterea Lb. engleza la nivel avansat;
* Cunostinte medii SAP;
* Cunostinte MS Office avansate in special Excel;
* Excelente abilitati de comunicare.
Noul rol – provocator si orientat catre viitor
* Primirea de solicitari de service prin telefon si email si inregistrarea lor in programul SAP – modul service
* Generarea de dispozitii de lucru (service orders). Programare inginerii service in relatie cu clientii (dispatch). Informare clienti
* Introducerea, modificarea datelor echipmentelor / mentinerea la zi a bazei de date SAP – modul service
* Mentinerea la zi a bazei de date cu volumul instalat IVK, asigurarea sincronizarii informatiilor cu SAP – modul service
* Mentinerea la zi a situatiei UI/SI (upgrade/updates) de efectuat. Informare clienti despre UI/SI. Pregatire logistica UI/SI
* Lucrul cu programul de management SAP – modul service
* Raportari diverse
* Arhivare
* Receptie protocoale instalare, introducere date in baza date SAP- modul service si IVK
