Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment process

• Be the first contact with potential candidates, seamlessly leading them through the recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, initial contact, scheduling interviews, to providing guidance up to point of offer

Lead the Employer Branding initiative

• Come up with ideas to create our employer branding strategy
• Be the face of the organization at events and job fairs, connecting with universities and other community networks to fill our talent pipeline with outstanding A-players
• Pro-actively build network of technical specialists within Software Development

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken and written English: you must be extremely proactive in communicating
• Experienced in recruiting techniques
• Passionate about networking

Warning (you may need to work a lot with changes)

Ideally you are a fast learner who doesn’t get frustrated easily with challenges

At the same time, very good at figuring out what needs to be done in ambiguous situations
