Identity and Access Management Administrator

You’re a great fit if you have:

Very good working experience with Active Directory in a large enterprise;
Very good experience supporting, maintaining and administering core Microsoft technologies including Windows Server 2003 and beyond;
Experience with VMware - vSphere virtual environment is a plus;
Very good experience with MS SQL database administration;
Very good experience with PowerShell or other scripting language in order to assist automation of regular tasks;
Experience with administration and operation of web and application server technologies like IIS;
Experience using and implementing monitoring tools like Check_MK;
Troubleshooting abilities on connectivity issues due to firewall, network, load balancer, proxy and others;

Highly appreciated:

Good communication and time management skills;
Mature and self-motivated professional with the ability to work in a fast-passed and constantly changing environment;
Able to prioritize topics according to requests and resources;
Proactive, results-oriented, problem solving skills;
Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization;

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Responsible for the management, support and maintenance of Enterprise Identity Systems and Identity Access Management Platform;
Responsible for managing single sign-on through Active Directory Federation Services;
Responsible for Access Management solution and associated integrations with Active Directory and HR systems;
Working and Implementing active monitoring, identifying, alerting and tracking relevant performance indicators for responsible systems;
Administration of IAME database environment on all our environments;
Ensuring high-availability of our service;
Establishes and maintains regular written and in-person communications with the organization’s executives, decision-makers, stakeholders, Service Desk, and end users regarding pertinent activities, via mail, phone or ticketing platform;
Work with the development team to ensure the service availability and performance;
Actively participates in project planning to ensure timely and successful completion of projects assigned to during our team Agile Sprint Planning;
May provide on-call 24 x 7 support on a rotating basis.
