Technical Support Engineer (Junior Technical Analyst)

 Application Support for incident management and change (Microsoft Technologies/Servers)
 MS/SQL or other database exposure
 Access Management support – application onboarding
 Scripting for batch processes, scheduling for automation.
 Application support profile with Windows and Linux knowledge, Active directory groups, services, log files (will be a plus)
 Working with Infrastructure

We are looking to extend the team with a Junior Technical Analyst position. Being part of the team, you will be involved in the supporting both “run” and “change” for London apps and integrations.

Projects - London and International
 Application consolidation – upgrades (Microsoft Platforms)
 Cloud – looking to migrate som eapplications with Vendors to SaaS
 Migration legacy applications to global architecture including data base components
 Middleware support/upgrade with Vendor
 Archimede/Mario global access management onboarding and recon file creation/delivery

Key tasks and responsibilities
 Work with the IT SMEs, project teams and external suppliers in the delivery of new applications and changes to the existing systems
 Participate in system integration efforts for projects involving multiple teams and systems.
 Secure FTP, other data transportation mechanisms, network protocols overview
 Understanding of implementing applications within a firewall environment
 Evaluate tasks, service level agreements, business need, urgency, and prioritize workload accordingly
 Support the development of remedial action plans for areas of IT that are found to be non-compliant with policies, best practice and/or audit findings
